One of the discoveries of the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL) season, Shashank Singh, provided some guidance that Mahendra Singh Dhoni had given him.

The Kings were lucky to have made the “mistake” since Singh became one of the last IPL’s discoveries, scoring 354 runs at a strike rate of 164.65 at an average of 44.25, making him the team’s top run scorer of the season.
