Melbourne Renegades
The Melbourne Renegades will enter this match feeling rather confident after defeating the Hobart Hurricanes handily.
With Tom Rogers, Will Sutherland, Fergus O’Neill, and Kane Richardson, the Renegades have a strong pace assault. In the previous game, O’Neill, Sutherland, and Rogers each took three wickets and quickly swept down the Hurricanes’ batting order.
One of the league’s top spinners, Adam Zampa, will bowl in the middle overs and attempt to limit the run rate.
In terms of batting, a lot will rely on Josh Brown and Jake Fraser-McGurk as the opening duo. They will want to score quickly on the Powerplay and are both capable of playing the huge shots.
Jacob Bethell gives the batting depth, and Laurie Evans and Mackenzie Harvey are reliable middle-order players.

Perth Scorchers
The Hobart Hurricanes thrashed the Perth Scorchers by eight wickets on Saturday, dropping them to fourth place in the standings. They will quickly recover, though, as the competition is only in its early stages.
Keaton Jennings and Finn Allen will probably begin the Scorchers’ batting in this game. The squad will anticipate Jennings to score some runs in the opening few overs because he had a strong start in the previous game, even if Allen hasn’t been playing at his best.
Josh Inglis’s arrival in the XI has significantly improved the batting lineup. Nick Hobson and Matthew Hurst will accompany him. Cooper Connolly and Ashton Turner are two more strong all-around players on the team.
Andrew Tye, who will join Jason Behrendorff and Lance Morris in the pace department, may take Jhye Richardson’s position in the Test team. Despite taking just one wicket thus far, Ashton Agar is probably going to stay in his position.
